To reset your shop password, click the Forgot Your Password? link on the login form.
To reset your forum/community password, click the Forgot Your Password? link on the login form.
If you still have trouble logging in or do not receive a new password by email within approximately 30 minutes, please contact customer service and we will reset your password manually and make sure you can access your account. Please make sure to let us know if it's your shop or community password that needs reset.
